Today we had an air conditioning unit installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Tom from Gardiners Plumbing & Heating was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy, and took the time to explain how the system worked before leaving.

The air conditioning unit itself works perfectly and has made a huge difference in comfort. We were especially impressed with Tom's attention to detail and his high standard of workmanship. Ancient gas back boiler removed with no hassle. All pipework upgraded with a nice new combi boiler installed. Incredibly neat work and very efficient.

Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish!

I used Gardiner's Plumbing and Heating to strip out an old back boiler fed heating system with cold water storage tank and hot water cylinder for a new Valiant Combi boiler system. I had no real choice but to opt for surface mounted pipework which I hate but Tom was so neat, precise and tidy they actually don't look that bad.

I can't recommend them enough. Every single appointment was made in advance and kept to, they didn't let me down once. Can honestly say that I wouldn't want to use anyone else in the future.

This is the 3rd time I've used Gardiner's. The first was for a simple service. The second time he found a serious issue with my boiler and moved heaven and earth to get a new one fitted the next day - at a very competitive price when I know some firms would have taken advantage of the situation. This time, in a new house, her did a simple service of my boiler and water tank. All very easy and well priced.

However the key part was that he highlighted some issues with the fitting of the hot water tank that he didn't believe were good practice that would lead to significant costs down the line when the diverter valves need to be replaced. This has enabled me to go back to the developer informed about the situation and they have already agreed to fix it. He didn't need to say anything, some plumbers and just take advantage in the future and charge for the extra work - but by highlighting now, it makes life a whole lot easier for me than it would have been and enables me to get this sorted by the installer.

Well worth 5 stars, highly recommended.
